May 18-May 29, 2004. George Washington University. A ten-day introductory course in field and laboratory methods conducted by City of Alexandria archaeologists in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia. Students will learn the components of public archaeology while gaining experience in the full process of site excavation, laboratory work and interpretation of field and archival data.
