ASU is reaching out to students who were planning to attend school in the hurricane impact area, including Tulane University, Loyola University New Orleans and close to three dozen other institutions in the region that have been seriously damaged.
The students are being enrolled, using whatever transcripts or information is available, and provided with campus housing space as needed. ASU Executive Vice President and University Provost Milton Glick says that tuition assistance also may be provided.
ASU Student Affairs will conduct a special session within the next few weeks, similar to the recent Sun Devil 101 and 102 events, for the students and their families.
For enrollment information, contact ASU’s Registrar’s office at registrar@asu.edu or (480) 965-7302. Staff members will be available Sunday and Monday through the extended holiday weekend to help students through the enrollment process.
