Samhain Sunrise

Photographs from Knowth.com at the Megalithic passage tomb of Tara in Ireland were taken at the Samhain, the cross quarter of the astronomical year, half way between the autumnal equinox and the winter solstice. Who knew? I could have thrown a party. But the sunrise at Samhain makes for some great photos taken early in November this year
