Every road in life has its obstacles, and obtaining a career in archaeology is no different. In this third installment of Sureyya's Journey, aspiring archaeologist Sureyya Kose discovers that her university won't accept her into the archaeology program on the strength of enthusiasm and self-directed learning, that she'll need some course work before they'll let her begin a formal course of study. In her entry today, Sureyya explains how she feels about the situation, considers some options, and finds a workable solution to her dilemma. One source of inspiration she has found is Tooronga Falls, shown here in Sureyya's photograph.
