Recent news from India suggests a new city belonging to the ancient Indus civilization has been found, in the Rohtak district near Meham, India. The site, called Daksh Khera, had been buried by alluvium deposited by the Yaruna River, and includes an area of at least 32 square kilometers, far smaller than the large urban settlements of Mohendjo Daro or Harappa, but still fairly substantial.
