Pine Nuts

Pine nuts are a tasty, nutritious treat used in recipes around the world. Archaeological evidence at Danger Cave, Utah indicates that they have been part of the American diet for some 7,500 years.

Minor nitpick on the pine nuts and archaeology page–you refer to pine nuts as “the main ingredient in pesto.” Wouldn’t that be basil? At least in the traditional (and most common) version of pesto.
