Archaeology in Three Dimensions

Archaeology magazine this month features, among other things, an article on CyArk, a company that is making three-dimensional images of archaeological ruins all over the world, to permit their close study and learn new things about it.

There's a nicely long and heavily illustrated article by Archaeology editor Eric Powell in the online version.

kris, i guess I shouldn’t take it personally that you didn’t respond to my latest post on the 50,000 “crazy date” issue. I know it would have been a difficult response from your perspective but then again I know you can’t reply to all the “less informed non academics” who post annoying ideas.

Rick, don’t ever take my silence personally. I don’t always have time to think about and respond to thoughtful posts right away, or at all, no matter who they’re from.

Keep posting, but don’t forget this is not just a one-to-one conversation. There may be others who can answer your posts in a more immediate manner.

Thanks Kris, I do really enjoy the forum. As a layman,I appreciate the info this site provides and am still anticipating some response to my post in/re to an unambiguous levallois tech industry in N.America.
