Franklin Fenenga [1917-1994]

Definition: American archaeologist Franklin Fenenga conducted archaeological research in California and the Great Plains and Missouri River basin. He is perhaps best known as an early proponent of the relatively late date for the introduction of the bow and arrow into Great Plains Indian groups.
