Definition: Terminal Archaic culture of the Northeastern American continent (mostly New York State), the Lamoka were hunter-gatherers, and were the first cultural group called Archaic, by William Ritchie (1932).

Type Site: The Lamoka Lake Site (3000-4999 BC)
