Definition: Canadian bioarchaeologist Christine White has published extensively on work on paleodiets and related physical anthropological studies in Mesoamerica, particularly with applications of stable isotope analysis. Educated at Trent University and the University of Toronto, White is currently at the University of Western Ontario.
