Baden Culture

Definition: The Baden culture is the name archaeologists have given to a culture of the central European Copper Age, related to the Bell Beaker culture and dated between about 3500-3000 BC. Baden culture sites with characteristic artifacts (such as cups with really really big handles) have been identified in the Balkan states, Bohemia, Moravia, and parts of Switzerland.
