Burgwall culture

Definition: "Burgwall" translates to "castle wall or barrier" in German, and the term refers to the medieval slavic culture of central Europe of the 11th century AD. Typical castles of the Burgwall cultures include the Spandau Burgwall in Berlin and Grzybowo in Poland.
