Definition: Curriboo Plantation is the name of an 18th century farming operation in South Carolina, in the southeastern United States. What's interesting about Curriboo is the evidence for African-style architecture, and other evidence that slaves at Curriboo were not totally acculturated and maintained pieces of their African heritage.
