The mainstream press simply doesnt do a good job reporting archaeology news. The only archaeology news reports that make it into newspaper and Internet news are sites that are very old or very gold; or those sites that are holding up development of new shopping malls. And most of that information is garbled, anyway. But getting news about archaeology is easy if you know where to look. Archaeology Odyssey
