Definition: The Monte Grande site is a Castelluccio culture site, located in the Agrigento region of Italy and consisting of an Early Bronze Age sanctuary and a sulfur extraction and processing site. Excavated in the late 1980s by Guiseppe Castellana, the site assemblage included several terracotta models of huts and other objects, including the corno fittile.
