Ceramic vase, Chaco Canyon, Chaco Style (AD 1050-1150), New Mexico
This decorated ceramic vase was found in southwest United States and was made by the Ancestral Puebloan peoples of Chaco Canyon, New Mexico. This classic Chaco cylinder vessel is one of only a few hundred known to exist in the world, of which 192 were found at Pueblo Bonito in Chaco Canyon.
