Rössen Culture

Definition: The Rössen Culture is the name given to a Neolithic culture dated between 4500-3500 BC, located in the Rhineland and western Germany. It is a successor to Bandkeramik, and eventually was replaced/evolved into Trichterbecker (TRB).
