Wietenburg Culture

Definition: The Wietenburg Culture is a middle to late Bronze Age culture of the Balkan region, particular in the Translyvania region of Romania, and basically equivalent to the Monteoru culture. The culture included small villages, well-developed bronze metallurgy, and urn burials.
